PRO LICENSE – showcase your voice, stay covered

Our PRO LICENSE lets you legally use an Mr Entertainer sound recording (master) to create and release your own version with your vocal for specific, limited uses. It’s perfect for singers, bands, and creators who want to share their performances professionally without the hassle.

What the PRO LICENSE covers

• Master-use permission for the Mr Entertainer backing track listed on your order.
• One track, one project (one artist/act name and one final audio master).
• Worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable use within the caps of the option you choose.
• Edits/variants (e.g., radio edit, lyric video, reel/short up to ~10s difference) are allowed; all plays/sales/units from those variants aggregate toward your cap.

What the PRO LICENSE does not cover

• Broadcast (TV/radio), film/theatrical, advertising, games/apps, library/stock supply.
• Resale, re-licensing, sub-licensing, redistribution of stems, or creating new karaoke/backing products.
• Claiming ownership of our recording in fingerprinting/Content ID systems.
• Any rights in the underlying song (see important note at the end).

Price: £20 each, or get the Super Licence bundle for £50 (all three together for the same track/project).

• Streaming (All Platforms) – £20
  Use your new recording on non-broadcast platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and similar.
  Cap: 100,000 total plays/views across platforms.
  Note: If you upload multiple times (e.g., reels, shorts, lyric videos, teasers), all plays/views from those uploads count toward the same 100,000 cap.
  
  
• Permanent Downloads (All Stores) – £20
  Sell permanent downloads via iTunes/Apple, Amazon MP3, Bandcamp, your own website, and similar.
  Cap: 10,000 total downloads across all storefronts.
  
  
• Physical (All Formats) – £20
  Manufacture physical releases on CD, vinyl, USB, etc.
  Cap: 10,000 total units across all formats.
  
  
• Super Licence (Bundle) – £50
  Everything above for the same track/project: Streaming + Downloads + Physical with the same caps
  
  Proof of permission: Your invoice is your licence. Keep a copy for distribution platforms, aggregators, and takedown disputes.

How to purchase & activate your PRO Licence

1. Choose your licence option(s) above and complete checkout.

2. Reply to your order confirmation email with the following for each track:

    Song title
    Artist
    Song code (e.g., ME12345)
    Artist/Performer Name under which your version is being released

3. We’ll verify the details and confirm activation by email.

Your licence is not valid until we’ve received these details and confirmed them in writing via email. This email from us is your Proof of permission, Keep a copy for distribution platforms, aggregators, and takedown disputes.

Is this per track?
Yes. Each licence applies to one specific SBI / Mr Entertainer track.

Can I post to multiple platforms?
Yes—pick Streaming (or the Super Licence) and your 100,000-play cap is total across platforms.

What counts as a “project”?
One artist/act name and one final audio master. Minor edits/variants (≤ ~10 seconds) are included and aggregate toward your cap. New mixes/versions need another licence.

Do I need to credit you?
Where practical: “Backing track licensed from Mr Entertainer”

Do you provide the recording i want to use with the license?
No, you have to purchase the song/recording you want to use from our website as normal

Important legal note (please read)

The PRO LICENSE covers the master recording only (our backing track). It does not include any rights in the underlying musical composition. Depending on your use, you may need to obtain mechanical, synchronisation, and/or public performance permissions from the songwriters, publishers, and/or collecting societies. These publishing permissions are not included in our licence.
